FAQ

Tap Registration on the login screen. Your login must be 5–18 characters and your password 8–18 characters.

On your old device, open Settings and tap Cloud save. Then install the game on the new device and log in with the same login and password.

Your account can only be played on one device at a time. Close the game on the other device, then reopen it on the one you want to use. A lost connection can occasionally trigger this message too, and reopening the game is the fix there as well.

The game has no password reset screen, so ask for help on our Discord server.

Open Settings and tap the flag for English, Russian or Turkish.

Most of the menu opens up as your level rises:

In the in-game Space-book (level 6), or on our enemy list.

You get 500 free auto-battles a day. With Premium, auto-battles are unlimited.

It's an anti-bot check. If you run out of attempts, you get a cooldown that starts at 120 seconds and gets longer each time you fail.

Spin in Galaxy Builder using uridium or energy to collect parts, then tap Build. Our Galaxy Gates guide has the parts, costs and rewards for every gate.

Kill aliens, watch ads, open green booty, use the Exchange or complete gates. Once you have enough for the next conversion, collection stops until you choose a skill in Upgrades.

Pick the bonuses that suit how you play:

Yes, in Settings. It costs uridium and half of your Honor. The first change costs 15,000 uridium, and the price doubles each time.

You need to be level 15, have at least 5,000,000 Honor and pay a one-time 2,000,000 uridium.

Yes, with a Faction Change Ticket. Your faction rank and influence are reset.

From level 12. After leaving a clan you have to wait out a timeout before joining another one. It counts down only while you play.

Founding a clan costs 5,000,000,000 kredits once. You also need the Leader Tag, which you get by completing the Leader Gate. The clan name must be 5–15 Latin characters and the tag 2–4.

Premium comes in 7, 30 and 180 day options and gives:

• Unlimited auto-battles
• Twice as fast rocket reload
• Resources auto-sell mode
• Free daily shop refresh
• An additional clan daily activity donation
• Daily clan boss fights: 30 instead of 15
• Gate wave start and gate jump times: 1 instead of 3
• 15% off Galaxy Gate spins, 10% off fast gate builds, 10% off traits search

• +5% rocket absolute damage, +5% Honor

From level 5, the game offers a one-time bonus for joining our Discord server. Accept it in the game and you get 7 days of Premium.

In Bonus-codes, available from level 10. New codes are posted on our Discord server. The error "Wrong or already used code" means the code was mistyped or you've already used it.

Most events repeat on the same dates every month. See the event calendar for what's on today. The Events menu in the game (level 16) shows the dates of seasonal events like the Eternal Gate.

Reopen the game. If the error keeps coming back, report it on our Discord server.

Check that your device is online, then reopen the game. If you see "Too much attempts", wait a while before trying again.
